Hannabon LLC ("Hannabon," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Hannabon website, games, account features, and related services (together, the "Services"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you. By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you create or use an account, we collect information such as your email address, password (stored as a password hash), age information, and any profile details you choose to provide. We also collect information you submit through support requests, forms, messages, friend requests, or other features.

Content and activity. We process profile descriptions, messages, avatar choices, items, game or experience content, and other information you create or submit. We collect account activity such as sign-ins, purchases or virtual-currency activity, game participation, and interactions with other users to provide the Services and keep the community safe.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Services, we and our service providers may receive technical and usage information, including IP address, browser and device information, pages or features used, referring page, timestamps, and diagnostic or security events. This information helps us operate the site, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot errors.

Cookies and similar storage. We use essential browser storage, including session cookies to keep you signed in and short-lived cookies used for game-room access. The site may also store privacy choices in your browser. Your browser settings can be used to manage or delete cookies; blocking essential cookies may prevent some features from working.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain accounts, games, social and community features; authenticate users and process account requests; deliver account, password-reset, and verification emails; remember settings; provide support; detect spam, fraud, security incidents, and violations of our rules; enforce our Terms and community guidelines; and comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us host and secure the Services, store account and game data, deliver email, and verify requests. These providers may process information under their own privacy terms. For example, the Services use Cloudflare infrastructure and security tools, including a challenge service to help prevent automated abuse.

Information you put in public profiles, public game content, or other public areas may be visible to other users. We may also disclose information when needed to respond to lawful requests, protect users or the Services, investigate suspected wrongdoing, enforce our agreements, or complete a merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer of business assets.

4. Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Services and the purposes described in this policy. We may retain certain information longer when necessary to meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, or keep appropriate business records. Retention periods vary by the type of information and why it was collected. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it.

5. Your choices and privacy rights

You can review or update some account and profile information through the Services. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting us at legal@hannabon.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as the right to receive a copy of your information, object to or limit certain processing, or opt out of certain disclosures. We will handle verified requests as required by applicable law.

You may manage cookies through your browser. Where available, you can also use the privacy choices control to review saved privacy choices. If you disable cookies or similar storage, parts of the Services may not work as intended.

6. Children and age requirements

The Services are not intended for children under 13, and our account terms require users to be at least 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at legal@hannabon.com. If we learn that we collected such information without required authorization, we will take steps to delete it and close the account.

7. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Hannabon and its service providers may process information in the United States and other places where they or their providers operate. Privacy laws in those places may differ from the laws where you live.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our Services or practices change. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. If a change requires additional notice under applicable law, we will provide that notice.
